Returns and Exchanges

You can return items within 14 days upon receipt.
Please fill in the return slip and enclose it with your parcel.
Within Germany: If the value of your order falls below 100,00 € due to a return or a partial return, we will charge the shipping costs for the return (DPD 5,50 € / DHL 5,50 €).

If you have already paid for the returned items, we will reimburse you for the respective amount right away.
Please note that we only accept returned items that are new, unused and have their original labels attached.
If the goods show clear signs of wearing, we have the right not to accept them and will charge you for the goods accordingly.

You do not need to order the replacement item(s) separately. We will deal with direct exchanges and respective changes to the invoiced amount. Simply note down your preference on the return/exchange slip and include it in your returns package.
Within Germany, you can use the postage label enclosed with your delivery for your returns.

Please note that product exchanges for a different size or type can lead to cost reductions or increases.
Products purchased in our online shop cannot be exchanged in our retail stores and vice versa.
