Traditionally, important events of the company and the Grupp family are celebrated with the entire workforce, such as the wedding of Wolfgang Grupp to Elisabeth von Holleuffer in 1988 and company anniversaries such as the 100th anniversary of the company TRIGEMA.

The TRIGEMA family of companies also relies on a common relationship, which is not lost from generation to generation, but on the contrary develops more and more. So it can happen that families together add up to 125 years of loyalty to the company.

Jubilee awards are also held on a regular basis for employees who have been working for TRIGEMA for 25, 40 or even 50 years.
