Important: This cancellation policy applies only to customers who are consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. only to customers who order or purchase the goods for private purposes and not for commercial or self-employed professional activities.

Important: Furthermore, this cancellation policy does not apply – as no right of cancellation exists – to the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal requirements, e.g. goods embroidered with the customer’s name. It also does not apply to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

If you use this online function, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, e.g. by email, including information about the content of the cancellation declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs – except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us – without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For orders placed within Germany, we generally bear the costs of returning the goods. We only charge a flat-rate fee of EUR 2.50, which will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed as part of the refund of the purchase price.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
