Return and exchange

Within Germany:

• You can return ordered goods within 14 days of receipt
• BPlease fill in the Returnlabeland attach it to your parcel
• Within Germany you can download the return label here Please note however: From an order value of 100,00 € we deliver free of charge. If the value of the retained goods is min. 100,00 €, no costs will be incurred for a return. Should the value of a return/partial return fall below 100,00 €, we will charge the shipping costs. (DPD 5,50 € / DHL 5,50 €)..

• If you have already paid for the returned products, we will credit you the corresponding amount immediately.
• Returned goods will only be accepted if they are in a new and unused condition and are provided with the original labels.
• If the goods are damaged by further use, we reserve the right not to take back the goods and to invoice them accordingly.
• We reserve the right to make a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever condition is first met

Why is a return not always free of charge?
An order must be picked and packed by us. In addition, our shipping service providers DPD and DHL also incur fees, which are steadily increasing for us as regular customers with larger shipping volumes. If we were to offer our shipments free of charge, we would have to apply these costs to our selling prices. The same would of course also apply to returns, if we would assume the fees for a return shipment. We ask for your understanding!

Outside Germany:

• You can return ordered goods within 14 days of receipt.
• Please fill in the return form and attach it to your parcel.
• Please post the package sufficiently, as non-free shipments will not be accepted. Send your return to the following address:

• Please note that when exchanging for other sizes or other items, reduced or additional costs may be incurred.
• An exchange of goods purchased in the Trigema online shop in one of our test shops is not possible. Equally, items purchased in retail can not be exchanged in the Trigema online shop.
