If you choose a career at TRIGEMA, you will receive attractive discounts on our TRIGEMA products. As we are convinced of the high quality of our products, we want to offer them not only to our customers but also to our employees. You can use the discounts in all TRIGEMA test shops nationwide. In addition, all employees regularly receive vouchers, which they can also use for our products in the test shops or for refuelling at one of our TRIGEMA petrol stations at the three sites of the plants in Altshausen, Burladingen and Rangendingen.

Health management
Since the health of our employees is important to us and we want to maintain and promote it in the best possible way, we have established a comprehensive corporate health management system. Our company doctor is available to help both employers and employees with suggestions and questions on all topics related to health, prevention and accident protection with advice and action.

By providing individual advice, the company doctor ensures the health promotion of all employees and contributes to reducing age- and activity-related stress. In this way, we preserve and strengthen our most valuable resource in the company – the people. In practice, for example, there are regular breaks for back fit in the garment, during which various exercises are shown on large screens in order to be able to actively prevent postural damage.
Employee pool
At our headquarters in Burladingen, we have created an oasis of well-being opposite our headquarters, where our business family can take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax for a while. 5,500 square meters of green space, surrounded by hornbeams, invite you to breathe, picnics and linger. Between the green area and the staff car park there is also a sun terrace with seating, which you can use for example during your lunch break for relaxing meals in nature. Joint activities

Free parking
Directly opposite our headquarters in Burladingen and right next to our staff park, there is a company-owned car park, which is reserved exclusively for free use by our staff. With the TRIGEMA parking card, they have access to an asphalted and supervised parking area around the clock, every day of the week. The arduous search for a parking space and the cost of parking tickets are now a thing of the past.

In cooperation with Deutsche Dienstrad, all employees at TRIGEMA have the opportunity to lease an e-bike or bicycle, which they are free to configure and use.
