Since the health of our employees is important to us and we want to maintain and promote it in the best possible way, we have established a comprehensive corporate health management system. Our company doctor is available to help both employers and employees with suggestions and questions on all topics related to health, prevention and accident protection with advice and action.

By providing individual advice, the company doctor ensures the health promotion of all employees and contributes to reducing age- and activity-related stress. In this way, we preserve and strengthen our most valuable resource in the company – the people. In practice, for example, there are regular breaks for back fit in the garment, during which various exercises are shown on large screens in order to be able to actively prevent postural damage.

At our headquarters in Burladingen, we have created an oasis of well-being opposite our headquarters, where our business family can take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax for a while. 5,500 square meters of green space, surrounded by hornbeams, invite you to breathe, picnics and linger. In cooperation with Deutsche Dienstrad, all employees at TRIGEMA have the opportunity to lease an e-bike or bicycle, which they are free to configure and use.
