For example, we use organic qualities from certified organic cultivation for particularly sustainable and environmentally friendly products from the TRIGEMA Change® collection. We use our comfortable and durable cotton qualities for our popular basics such as T-shirts and polo shirts, which can be combined into versatile outfits both in everyday work and leisure time. Mixed fabrics combine the advantages of different fibres and are used, for example, in sweatshirts and underwear. Depending on the fiber used, the stretchability and shape stability are increased, as well as the air permeability as well as the ability to store heat and create a cuddly soft feel. Our polyester qualities ensure highly functional wear properties such as breathability, ideal moisture transport, fast drying, sun protection and a reduction in skin temperature and pulse. 85% Polyester Bioactive / 15% Elastane
Made of polyester bioactive and elastane, the fabric is breathable, durable, easy-care and is therefore perfect as a garment for sports activities. In TREVIRA BIOACTIVE, the silver-based active substance is firmly anchored in the fibre polymer. This additive has a permanent antimicrobial effect and is not affected by frequent washing or use. The effect occurs on the fiber surface; the antimicrobial agent does not migrate into the environment. Trevira Bioactive does not show any changes in the skin flora and is therefore compatible with the skin. When bacteria come into direct contact with the textile, they are damaged by the silver ions, preventing their multiplication.

A high-tech functional material with a high silver content. Interlock is a smooth, double-faced and fine-meshed circular knitted fabric that has a similar appearance on both sides. The silver thread is on the inside of the fabric. All articles with silver content have only a few, laid outward, flat and soft seams. The fabric is stretchy, elastic and very soft. Silver washing has a temperature-regulating, odour-reducing effect and prevents static charges. This fabric is ideal for athletes and allergy sufferers. Lightweight single jersey made of wool from New Zealand merino sheep from certified sheep farms, which, of course, only sell mulesing-free wool. This blend helps to fully exploit the functions of merino wool while still having a higher tensile strength and a better shrinkage behaviour than comparable products made of 100% wool.

The Sensil polyamide bodyfresh fiber ensures pleasant freshness, significantly reduces odour formation and has an antibacterial effect.

Softshell consists of a membrane layer. The outer layer is made of a durable material, which insulates the inner lining and transports moisture. They are fibers with a good moisture transport capacity, which themselves absorb only a little moisture. The fleece lining is breathable and warming. The softshell material is air permeable and warming but also windproof and resistant, as well as water repellent - 10m water column according to EN ISO 20811.

Lightweight single jersey made of wool from New Zealand merino sheep from certified sheep farms, which, of course, only sell mulesing-free wool. The fabric has a composition of 80% wool and 20% polyamide. This blend helps to fully exploit the functions of merino wool while still having a higher tensile strength and a better shrinkage behaviour than comparable products made of 100% wool.

Softshell consists of a membrane layer. The outer layer is made of a durable material, which insulates the inner lining and transports moisture. They are fibers with a good moisture transport capacity, which themselves absorb only a little moisture. The fleece lining is breathable and warming. The softshell material is air permeable and warming but also windproof and resistant, as well as water repellent - 10m water column according to EN ISO 20811.

This additive has a permanent antimicrobial effect and is not affected by frequent washing or use. The effect occurs on the fiber surface; the antimicrobial agent does not migrate into the environment. Trevira Bioactive is compatible with the skin as it has been shown not to change the skin flora. The multiplication of bacteria is prevented as they are damaged by silver ions as soon as they come into contact with the textile. This material is therefore ideally suited for sports and is used at TRIGEMA as ski and sports underwear.
