You would like to cancel one or more items from your order? Please fill out the following form completely. Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order.

After submitting, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your cancellation notice by email.
Please note that the confirmation email only confirms the receipt of your declaration and does not constitute a final review of your eligibility to cancel.

Cancellation period: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Note: Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from the right of cancellation in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and cannot be cancelled via this form.
